Products Description

Black Masterbatch

PLA masterbatch is a specialized granular additive with PLA (Polylactic Acid) as the carrier resin. It is produced by blending pigments, carbon black or functional additives with PLA through melt compounding and granulation.

PLA is a fully biodegradable bioplastic made from renewable plant resources. This masterbatch retains PLA’s biodegradability and compostable property.

Black masterbatch has the following characteristics and application advantages

Full biodegradability, compliant with international composting standards.
Good compatibility with PLA and PBAT blends, no precipitation or delamination.
Low processing temperature requirement (160–190°C).
Even pigment dispersion, stable color performance.

Main applications
