Black masterbatches are mainly composed of carbon black, carrier and additives. Carbon black is used as the main coloring component, carrier is used to disperse carbon black and other components well in the resin, and additives are used to improve the performance of black masterbatches. During the production process, these components are densified at high temperature, stirred evenly, and then extruded through high-energy densification by precision coaxial twin-screw extruders or plastic densifiers, and finally cooled and pelletized. Black masterbatches are suitable for most of the hot resin injection molding, etc., with good heat resistance, light resistance and dispersibility.
