White Masterbatch
White masterbatch is made by mixing titanium dioxide, carrier resin and additives, then melt compounding, extruding, cooling and pelletizing.
White masterbatch has the following characteristics and application advantages

Application
How is white masterbatch produced?
1、Raw material preparation
Weigh raw materials precisely: titanium dioxide (TiO₂) (core white pigment), matched carrier resin, dispersants, stabilizers and other auxiliaries. Sort materials by formula.
2、High-speed mixing
Put all materials into a high-speed mixer. Stir thoroughly at a set speed and temperature to make pigments and additives evenly blend with resin.
3、Melt compounding
Feed the mixed materials into a twin-screw extruder. Under continuous heating and screw shearing, the resin melts, and titanium dioxide is fully dispersed to avoid agglomeration.
4、Extrusion & cooling
The molten compound is extruded into continuous strips through the die head. The strips are then cooled rapidly with circulating water.
5、Pelletizing
Use a pelletizer to cut the solid strips into uniform cylindrical or oval pellets.
6、Inspection & packaging
Check whiteness, dispersion, particle size and color consistency. Qualified products are sealed and packaged for storage and delivery.
