Color Masterbatch
Color masterbatch is a concentrated granular colorant, made by mixing high-concentration pigments, carrier resin and processing additives, then melt compounded and pelletized. It is widely used to color various plastic products simply and evenly.
1. Main Components
- Carrier resin: The base material, usually the same or compatible with the target plastic (PE, PP, ABS, PVC, etc.).
- Pigment/dye: Provides color, decides shade, tinting strength and hiding power.
- Additives: Dispersants, stabilizers, lubricants, etc., to improve processing and performance.
2. Core Advantages
- Excellent dispersion, no color spots or streaks on finished goods.
