Color Masterbatch
PVC masterbatch is a new type of specialized coloring agent for polymer materials. PVC masterbatch is composed of three basic elements: pigments or dyes, carriers, and additives. It is an aggregate made by uniformly attaching a super constant amount of pigments to a resin. Can be used for the processing and production of plastic products.
PVC masterbatch has the following characteristics and application advantages

- Excellent compatibility with rigid and flexible PVC.
- Stable coloring, fine dispersion, no color spots or streaks.
- Rich functional types: flame retardant, anti-UV, weather-resistant, foaming etc.
- Cost-effective and easy for extrusion, injection and calendering.
Notes
PVC has limited heat resistance. Processing temperature should be strictly controlled to avoid decomposition and harmful gas release. Stabilizers are usually added in the formula.
