Products Description
White Masterbatch
White masterbatch is a color masterbatch made from high-quality pigments, resins, and additives, refined through high-temperature mixing and twin-screw production. Suitable for sheet, blown film, pipe, injection molding, blow molding, vacuum forming, and other products.
Production Process of White Masterbatch
Raw Material Batching
Accurately weigh titanium dioxide (TiO₂), matched carrier resin, dispersants, lubricants and anti-yellowing additives according to the formula.
High-Speed Mixing
Put all materials into a high-speed mixer. Stir at controlled temperature and speed to evenly blend all components and pre-disperse the pigment.
Melt Compounding
Feed the mixture into a twin-screw extruder. Under heating and strong shearing, the resin melts, and titanium dioxide is fully dispersed to avoid agglomeration.
Extrusion
The molten material is extruded into continuous plastic strands through the die head.
Cooling
Cool the hot strands quickly with circulating water to make them solidify.
Pelletizing
A pelletizer cuts solid strands into uniform pellets of standard size.
Testing & Packaging
Check whiteness, hiding power, dispersion and particle appearance. Qualified products are sealed and packaged for delivery.
