White Masterbatch
White masterbatch is a special color masterbatch, produced by mixing high-content titanium dioxide (TiO₂), carrier resin and processing aids via melt compounding and granulation.
Main Components
- Core pigment: Titanium dioxide (anatase or rutile type, decides whiteness, hiding power and weather resistance).
- Carrier: Matched resins like PE, PP, PVC, TPU, PLA etc.
- Auxiliaries: Dispersants, stabilizers to improve processability.

- Excellent hiding power and high whiteness, covering base material color thoroughly.
- Good dispersion, no white spots or uneven color on finished products.
- Different grades for diverse needs: general grade, food-contact grade, weather-resistant grade.
- Dust-free, easy to feed and stable for continuous production.
Classification & Differences
- Anatase TiO₂: Low cost, pure white tone; for indoor products, not suitable for outdoor use.
- Rutile TiO₂: Better weather resistance, UV resistance and stronger hiding power; for outdoor, high-end and long-service-life products.
Applications
Plastic films, daily containers, non-woven fabrics, pipe fittings, electronic housings, packaging materials, biodegradable products and other plastic parts requiring white color.
