Cast film process

The cast film process is a process that uses an extruder to continuously cast molten plastic into a thin film. During this process, the plastic pellets are heated and melted, and then cooled and shaped through a roller device. Molten plastic is evenly coated between two parallel rollers to form a thin film, and then wound after cooling. Due to its suitability for rapid production of large-area films, it is commonly used in the production of plastic packaging materials, films, protective films, etc. The film produced by the casting method performs well in transparency, tactile sensation, and toughness, and is widely used in food packaging, electronic product packaging, and other fields
