Blown film

Blowing film is a plastic processing method that refers to the process of heating and melting plastic particles before blowing them into a thin film. It usually involves extruding polymer into a tubular film blank, and blowing the tubular film to the required thickness through high-pressure air under good melt flow conditions. After cooling and shaping, it becomes a thin film. Its production equipment is simple, the investment is low, and the product yields quick results; If the film is blown out with new masterbatch, the color is uniform, clean, and the finished product is well stretched.
