Foaming molding is the process of creating a microporous structure in plastics. The commonly used resins are polystyrene, polyurethane, PVC, polyethylene, urea formaldehyde, phenolic, etc. Foam types can be divided into chemical foam, physical foam, and mechanical foam. Different foaming methods can also result in different properties of plastic products.
